  • Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order required

  • How is shipping charged and to whom?

Shipping is charged to the distributor or retailer.

  • What payment methods and terms are accepted?

We accept paypal, all major credit cards, free bank wire via quickbooks payment, checks, cash (if local pickup available)

  • How to re-order, or set recurring orders?

Re-orders or recurring orders can be set by logging in to your account and viewing your previous orders. Once you see the order you would like to reorder or set as a recurring order simply click on the reorder option or set up recurring order and set an amount of time between orders and what quantity and frequency you would like to receive these orders.

  • Are rush orders accepted and how to order them?

Rush orders are accepted if the product being ordered is in stock. At check out simply select the fastest shipping method available to you and the order will be processed within 24 hours of being placed. Usually an order submitted before 4:00PM EST will ship the same day. Any order received after 4:00PM EST will usually ship the next day.

  • What happens if products are damaged or have defects?

If you receive any product that is damaged or defective please take pictures of the packaging it came in and how you received it and send it to admin@vaportronixllc.com Once we receive notice of defective or damaged items someone from Vaportronix, LLC will contact you and we will provide a return label and once we receive the defective or damaged items we will either reimburse you or send you replacements for your order. The decision will be up to the purchaser, if they would prefer a refund for the damaged or defective items or if they would want us to ship out replacements at our expense.

  • How returns and exchanges are handled?

Any product unopened can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Any product used, unless damaged, defective, or covered under manufacture warrantee, may not be returned no matter the length of time. If an item is returned we will inspect it to ensure it is able to be resold, unless damaged, defective, or eligible for replacement under manufacturer warrantee. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund unless the product being returned is damaged, defective, or eligible for replacement under manufacturer warrantee.

  • What kind of marketing materials are provided to wholesalers?

Marketing materials for Vaportronix, LLC Products are available upon request. To receive marketing materials with your order, please email us at admin@vaportronixllc.com once you place and specify what kind of marketing materials you would require.

  • Any exclusions or limitations?

These terms and conditions are valid only for US based distributors, wholesalers, & retailers. All purchasers must be over 18 years old and present a valid resale certificate at time of registration. Once registered you will receive an email from us requesting your resale certificate for us to keep on file.
